22 drops lavender essential oil

6 drops coriander essential oil

6 drops bergamot essential oil

2 drops patchouli essential oil

 dead sea salt

 

Directions: Add 1 or 2 teaspoons of Aura Cacia skin care oils including jojoba, sweet almond and grapeseed for extra skin-nourishing benefits.

2. Bath Soak for Sore Muscles

 

Ingredients

20 drops German chamomile precious essentail oil

10 drops Roman chamomile precious essential oil

5 drops lavender essential oil

1 drop clary sage essential oil

 

Directions: Blend together and add to hot water.

 

Remember that the chamomile’s are pre-blended in jojoba so there is no need for an additional carrier.

3. Lavender Balancing Aromatherapy Blend

Lavender is one of the most adaptable essential oils for creating aromatherapy blends or fragrances. A rich, sedative floral blend can be made more refreshing and uplifting, an invigorating, herbaceous more soothing by adding lavender.

 

Ingredients

7 drops lavender essentail oil

7 drops bergamot essential oil

1 drop patchouli essential oil

1 drop juniper berry essentail oil

Try the following balancing aromatherapy blend in the bath (5 to 10 drops per bath), a spray mister (10 drops per ounce of distilled water), or in an aromatherapy lamp.

4. Luxurious Foot Soak

 

Ingredients

2 tablespoons sea salt

1 tablespoon Epsom salts

1 tablespoon sodium bicarbonate or  baking soda

1 tablespoon French white clay powder

8 drops lavender essential oil

4 drops rose essential oil

4 drops cedarwood essential oil

2 drops patchouli essential oil

 

Directions: Mix the essential oils evenly throughout the dry mixture. Dissolve the mixture in two gallons of hot water, making sure the oils are dispersed.

Ingredients

This simple blend makes a relaxing, sensual and richly fragrant aroma for massage or bath.

 

Ingredients

4 drops rose essential oil

8 drops sandalwood essential oil

5 drops patchouli essential oil

 

Directions: Add the oils directly to a warm bubble bath, or dilute them with 1-2 tablespoons of a vegetable carrier oil -- such as jojoba or sweet almond -- for a luxurious massage.

Ingredients

20 drops rose absolute precious essential oil

5 drops lavender essential oil

1 drop sandalwood essential oil or  patchouli essential oil

5 drops jasmine absolute precious essential oil

Remember that the rose and the jasmine are pre-blended in Jojoba so there is no need for an additional carrier.

2 ounces carrier (jojoba, almond, avocado, etc.)
