African Black soap is made from roasted cocoa pods and plantain skins ashes mixed with palm oil. It is a natural source of vitamins A & E and iron. Ingredients: Aqua, Cocoa/Plantain Extract, Palm Kernel Extract, Aloe Vera, Vegetable Glycerin, Papaya Mango Extract & Vitamin E.

Directions: (As a Body Wash): Apply about a half teaspoon or more of the cleanser onto a wet sponge (net type) and wash the sponge until it lathers to your desire. Use the soapy sponge to scrub the entire body and repeat the process if required, rinse the cleanser off then dry your body as you normally do.

Apply 100% Shea Butter or Body Moisturizer on the entire body.
